Moving further south, we recommend the beautiful city of Ascoli Piceno, famous for its squares and the large concentration of churches and monasteries (Piazza del Duomo and Piazza Roma, Piazza del Popolo with Caffè Meletti and the Loggia dei Mercanti, the Cloister of San Francesco….)
